Looking to Get in Better Golf Shape?

There are a lot of websites on the internet claiming to have the best golf fitness program out there. You have to ask yourself, have they been proven on the most grueling golf stage?

Best of all, the Your Body & Your Swing program can be done right in your own house, using nothing but the best resistance available to you, your own body weight, and requires a minimal time commitment.

We all know the best way to stick with a program if it is convenient, and which ours is really convenient. You can do these right in your own home. If you are like me and have a ton of time commitments, this program will work great for you. It only takes minutes a day, a few days a week.
