I Recently Needed to Jump Start My Golf Fitness Program!

I hit a plateau a month or so ago with my workouts. I felt like I was in a little rut, not making the gains that I wanted with my goals.

I can remember the day, August 31st . I decided I needed to change things up a little with my workout routine, so I reset some of my targets and decided to lose a few unwanted pounds of blubber.

My Lower Back was Barking this Morning!

I think my jet-lagged has subsided. I stayed awake until 9:30 last night, woke up once around 4:00 am, and went back to bed for a couple hours. So, I think my body clock is back PST.

I will say when I woke up this morning;

My lower back was tight! It felt like someone did a body slam across my entire lower back.

Now I do not know if I slept on it wrong, or it was from a 13-hour flight back from the British Open, but whatever it was it was tight this morning.

Now most of you all know, first thing in the morning I do a series LOWER BACK STRETCHES.

It takes me about 8-10 minutes to complete, and afterwards if my lower back was feeling any tightness it is gone!

Today was not different.

I got up started the coffee maker, went into my living room, and went to work.

I went through my series of lower back stretches, myofascial release, and Feldenkrais techniques.

In the exact order that you can find on my NEW 14 DAYS TO A STRONGER MORE FLEXIBLE LOWER BACK DVD.

Let me say this;

The program took 10 minutes to complete.

I did the exercises all the exercises on the DVD, and when I was finished:

My lower back felt LOOSE, FLEXIBLE, and the TIGHTNESS was GONE!

Bottom line the exercises on this new DVD work, and today in my living room was just proof of it.

Again, I do all the lower back core exercises in the book, my lower back is in great shape, but every once in awhile I will "tweak" it, and I feel good a program is in place to work out the kinks when it happens.
