What to do When Your Lower Back is Tight in the Morning
I just got out of bed and am getting my day going. My lower back has been a little tight the past few days.
I imagine because of the amount of golf I have been playing. I played last Friday, practiced a few hours yesterday, and plan to do so again later today.
What has been great is first thing I do every morning when I get out of bed is a series of lower back exercises.
I use a combination of exercises found in my Your Body & Your Swing golf fitness manual.
It is amazing how after performing these exercises my lower back really loosens up and feels great!
It does not take me more that about 5 to 8 MINUTES to complete them, but they do wonders.
Also, if I don not do them when I get out of bed, my lower back will eventually LOOSEN UP,
But it takes at least a couple of hours to do so, and I prefer have my LOWER BACK feeling GOOD right from the get go!
The exercises of my choice for this simple LOWER BACK PROGRAM are:
-
CATS
- DRAW-INS,
-
ALTERNATING ARM & LEG EXTENSION,
-
TORSO ROTATIONS,
-
STRAIGHT LEG HAMSTRING ROTATIONS
Once I do these I am feeling good.
This is also one of the reason I am excited about BioForce's NEW Lower Back video.
This video contains a series of lower back exercises that I use will all my golfers.
The exercises on this soon-to-be released video are what I have found to be the BEST to LOOSEN UP and get anyone suffering from LOWER BACK PROBLEMS feeling good.
They are simple to perform and take NO MORE than 10 minutes to complete.
I know you will find them just as beneficial as Phil and many others that I have doing these exercises!
Make It Happen!
