I Recently Needed to Jump Start My Golf Fitness Program!

I hit a plateau a month or so ago with my workouts. I felt like I was in a little rut, not making the gains that I wanted with my goals.

I can remember the day, August 31st . I decided I needed to change things up a little with my workout routine, so I reset some of my targets and decided to lose a few unwanted pounds of blubber.

Flexibility Exercises for the Senior Golfer

I woke up today and in San Diego it is raining! I can't remember the last time we have had this much rain in California. I told one of my neighbors its like Hawaii here, and the rest of the country is caught in a heat wave, especially the East Coast. I guess the one benefit of the rain is we will have some really green golf courses.

It seems that my NEW senior golf fitness program - a.k.a.- The Ageless Golfer is giving a few folks some benefits.

One of them Earl from Palm Beach, Florida had a great question for me.

He wrote in:

"Sean,
I received your Ageless Golfer DVD a week ago and I do like it. The exercises and program are ideal for someone my age. I am 72 years old, retired, and playing golf a couple times a week. What I like the best are your lower back flexibility exercises, but I do have a question? Would you advise to do the lower back flexibility exercises every day? I do the entire program every other day and those flexibility exercises are really helping me. I want to know if you advise to do them more often.
Thanks, Earl"

Earl, I am glad to hear you are enjoying the program and finding benefit.

The answer to your question is absolutely yes. I have no problem with you doing the lower back flexibility exercises everyday.

If they are working and making your lower back feel better there will be no harm in performing them every day.

I hesitate to suggest performing the other sections of the program more than 3 times per week because the body needs time to recover from your strength and endurance exercises.

Best of luck and keep me in the loop on your progress.

Make It Happen!
