An Easy Plan on How to Improve Your Game
Improving our golf game is probably the desire of every amateur golfer on the planet (I don't know of any golfer who wants to get worse).
I think what a lot of us struggle with is fitting our golf into our already busy schedules. Let's be realistic, we all have commitments that require our attention, and come before golf.
Unlike the professional who play golf for a living, we have jobs. Our paychecks are not based on the number of birdies we make (it would be nice).
This all points to the question;
HOW CAN THE AMATEUR IMPROVE THEIR GOLF GAME WITH THE LIMITED TIME AVAILABLE?
The answer is much more simple than most of us think. Getting better at the game of golf requires a game plan.
A GOLF IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM so to speak.
This type of program does not require you to be at the range 2 hours every day (it would be nice but is not realistic for us) or spend 2 hours in the gym every other day.
It simply requires setting up a plan to spend a little time every week working on your game.
The amount time to spend each day with your golf improvement program is contingent upon you!
And how much time you have available.
Believe it or not, if you were to set aside 20 minutes to work on your golf game 4 times a week you would see improvement!
Let me explain;
You could improve your putting by utilizing Dave Pelz's 10 Minutes a Day to Better Putting two times a week (his stuff works, and I speak from personal experience).
The additional 10 minutes of those two 20-minute sessions could be utilize practicing your full swing with the help of Rick Smith and his instructional videos.
Finally, you could take the other two 20 minutes sessions a week and work on your golf fitness.
You now have a complete Golf Swing Improvement Program in place and you spent only 20 minutes four times a week getting better at your game!
As a result of time constraints and the requirement of golf to work on so many aspects of the game.
I like to keep my GOLF FITNESS PROGRAMS short and to the point. I always like to say "training smart will get you a lot further than training hard."
This is reason why you will find the majority of my golf fitness programs take a minimal amount of time to perform.
Take my very popular Your Body & Your Swing golf fitness program. This program takes 20-30 minutes to complete, requires no equipment, and can be done anywhere!
This makes it convenient, simple to perform, and very beneficial to your golf game.
So remember we can get better at the game of golf by creating a GOLF SWING IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM addressing every component of the game, and spend little time each week doing it.
Make It Happen!
