I hit a plateau a
month or so ago with my workouts. I felt like I was
in a little rut, not making the gains that I wanted
with my goals.
I can remember the
day, August 31st . I decided I needed to change
things up a little with my workout routine, so I
reset some of my targets and decided to lose a few
